This Privacy Policy explains how Talon Built (“Talon”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit talonbuilt.ca (the “Site”), submit an enquiry, or otherwise communicate with us. 5. Photography of Completed Work
We photograph our projects and may use those images on this Site, in proposals and on social media. We do not publish client names, addresses or precise locations without permission. If you would prefer that your project not be photographed or shown, tell us and we will respect that.
6. Storage and Safeguards
Personal information may be stored on servers and services located in Canada, the United States or elsewhere, and may therefore be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We apply physical, organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected, and as long as required to meet legal, tax, insurance, warranty and record-keeping obligations. Project records are typically retained for the duration of any applicable limitation period.
